iPhone 12 pro clear MagSafe case not fitting properly

It will happen to your new one as well. I bought a replacement thinking it was a faulty case, did the same thing within 10 minutes of me leaving the store. $50 for a case the automatically tears itself apart is silly. Get a peel or some thin clear minimalist case.

I have the exact same issue, the bottom corners are cracking, I’ve only had it for two months, I contacted Apple support they’re sending a replacement, thou they charged my card for replacement, (not a hold, they actually charged it) I hope to get refunded when I sent the original back.

I had the same problem with my MagSafe case. Started cracking around the camera area. Apple sent a replacement. Unfortunately the second one is worse.

They offered to allow me to return the case. I returned it, and I got a refund. I got an Otterbox case with MagSafe. I am happy with it.

I have the same issue. My case cracked in three places. Avoid this case. I have contacted Apple support. I'll see what they say. Sorry for the dust and fingerprints in the photos.

I received the new 12 mini along with a clear MagSafe case. The phone doesn’t charge with the case attached, but charges fine without the case. Help. No problems with the case fit, by the way.

I purchased the clear case as well and the same thing happened to mine. The Botton corners start to tear as though the phone is too big for the case. I booked an appointment at the Apple Store to exchange it, I put the new case on the phone and within 10 minutes, the case started to tear at the bottom two corners again. Apple has a quality control issue on their hands for sure. Not sure if they are going to foot the bill on the consumer by ignoring the issue, or pass it off to the clear case supplier as defective.

That means there is currently no mag safe clear case available on the market. So sadly, this issue costs me and probably many others the cost of buying a temporary case until a mag safe clear case becomes available that does not tear.
