Any ideas what needs to happen to log into a new showtime subscription through Apple? Doesn’t recognize my Apple restore and doesn’t take my email.
If you subscribed in the Apple TV app for the CBS + Showtime Channel bundle, then you will have to use the Apple TV app to watch those Channels, when signed in with the same Apple ID account. The subscription will not be compatible in the separate CBS app or Showtime app.
