Disabled apple ID

I can’t update or download any apps on the AppStore as it keeps showing an error message that my account has been disabled on the AppStore and iTunes. It shows similar message even when I try to update my payment details. Please help

My apple id is disabled in the appstore and itunes please help me on this issue .. When i try to install an app it’s prompting me with “Your Account is disabled in Itunes and apple store.
