This is hard to describe, but suddenly my text message box shrinks up when I go to send a picture and write something under it. It gets super skinny so I can only see less than half a line at a time. Then, when I go to send, it delays and it sends it in two parts. I know that sounds odd, but you would have to see what I mean I guess to really understand. I have tried restarting etc. nothing works.

Here is another example (in addition to the one I sent below). In this case, the text box is now only displaying a sliver of the photo I want to send, and is not allowing me any space at all to type text underneath it. What you see highlighted is the text box and I have no ability to "get into it" per se. Ugh
It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images / pictures speak louder than words. Do not provide any personal credentials, such as email id, apple id, IMEI number, Serial Number, Phone number, Order ID, if you are sharing a map ensure your location is not identifiable. Etc.
Ok...here is a screenshot of me mid-text under a photo I am sending. Text box in its entirety highlighted. Here you can see a full line of text, but sometimes it gets even "thinner"
