Relocated items left after installation of Catalina - can they be deleted

Just to clarify, after an update or an upgrade, we are usually left with a folder on the desktop with such files. There is a PDF file inside the folder which will explain that these are files the OS can no longer use (they are incompatible), so they may be trashed. No problem.

If there isn’t anything you want, you can delete them.
