Disconnected Apple Watch/Apple Watch app crashes while starting

You do it through itunes on a computer,remember all the watch data is on the phone not the watch,so you make an encrypted backup in itunes and this backs up all your passwords and all your health and fitness data.but it must be an encrypted backup or else it won't backup your health and fitness data.

I’m so frustrated as my watch app is also crashing and my watch no longer does anything that needs the phone such as calendar, messages, phone, etc. I shouldn’t have to consider myself lucky that I can see the time on a $400 watch. We all payed a premium price for everything to run smoothly so please fix. I have an iPhone X and Apple Watch Series 6. Resetting my phone is not an acceptable fix. Please fix this soon or I do believe you will and should lose numerous customers as people are disappointed in your quality control and word of mouth about this spreads. Customer service and quality control are huge in attaining and keeping success.

Make a backup first then you won't lose any data.

Wrong, you can back it up through itunes,I've been doing it for 5 years and never lost a single byte of data.

Apple watch app is not required.

I told you you don't need the apple watch app,this is between your phone and a computer with itunes.
