The question is, do I need to install that antivirus on my iPhone? Or not? And why?

no, you do not need to install antivirus on your iPhone. As far as I'm aware, there are no known/confirmed viruses that have affected iPhones (assuming you have not jailbroken your device)
None is needed and the one you have is one of the worst.
A non-jailbroken phone cannot get a virus. Any antivirus software is useless on an iPhone or iPad.
