Excessive data usage

I am 20 days into my monthly plan and using 6.6 GB for Documents and Sync. Does anyone know what could be causing this? I have tried

logging out of iCloud and logging back in

turning off iCloud Drive

turned off iCloud backup

Calendar and photos are both set to not use cellular data

Its gotten to the point where I will have to stop using iCloud on my phone

Data usage This past month my data usage has been sky high. I didn’t change anything on my phone from the previous months. I am always on wifi at work and at home. My data reset today and when I checked the usage it said I used 1.09 GB. How is that possible?

Massive data increase. My normal data usage is about 2.5 GB per month. For the first 2 weeks of this month its gone up to 38.52GB so I am, for the first time every, close to being out of data. I have absolutely no idea why as I am not using my phone more or differently. I have spoken to my mobile phone provider who couldn't help at all. I am not very tech savvy but is there a setting I could have messed up or something else Could try to sort it out. I would be grateful for any help as I am perplexed and somewhat alarmed! I have an iPhone 8 i0s15.5

Don't see a System Services on my iPhone but I may have a different cellular network than yours. Are you seeing a Reset Statistics at the bottom of the list?
