Scrolling issues on ipad pro magic keyboard

I have just updated my ipad pro 11 2020 to the newest IOS 14

and i started having these scrolling issues not in just one app, but many!

i’m not talking about the touch screen scrolling, but using the trackpad of the magic keyboard. I would try scrolling up and down using 2 fingers and the page will move a bit and stops. It’s like the page goes to an on & off mode of scrolling.

i thought the touch screen is fine. But just this morning i got the same problem on it. I tried turning the ipad off for 30 mins and turning it on again. Didn’t work.

i tried to change somethings from the setting. Doesn’t do anything.

Is there any other solution? I’m open to anything
