My 11 Pro restarted automatically while I was using it, and now whenever I unlock my phone, it shows the home screen and again restarts in less than a second. I have no way to enter my phone. I tried updating iOS through iTunes, but it's just stuck at the verifying step. I don't have a backup, so I don't want to restore.
What should I do now? Any possible solutions?? And most important, why did this happen??

Specifically, please start on the section titled: “If your device turns on but gets stuck during start up” These steps will help you reinstall iOS without erasing your device.
