Concerned of possible Remote Hack

Been having issues for a bit now. Was ZoomBombed early in September (yes, should have updated back in April) but didn't seem that bad.Now it seems a lot of data's sieved out and my CPU is being overloaded. My concern is consistent siphoning of information and all sorts of not so fun stuff.


Ran an EtrePro Check on it and here's what it says. Would love a more experienced pair of eyes to let me know if I've gone about it right.

The report notes multiple times that there is third-party antivirus software (BitDefender and MalwareBytes) installed which is what is probably causing these issues. You may want to try uninstalling BitDefender and Malwarebytes and seeing if that helps since macOS has built-in security measures to help prevent you from installing harmful software on your Mac.
