BeatsX wireless headphones flashing pink light

My BeatsX wireless headphones are not working. They had worked great for just over a year, I use them all the time and I love them. Unfortunately this is the second pair that I have owned with the first pair having a similar problem. I used them in the morning and then went to put them on after work and they had a "pink" light on that wouldn't turn off. I have tried the reset technique with holding down the power button and the volume down button for 10 seconds and then they will give me a white light momentarily the a short red light followed by a short white light and will do this 3 times before going black and not turning on. Once I plug them in to charge all I get is a very fast flashing pink light. As I mentioned I do love the headphones, easy to use, great sound quality and noise canceling works well but I will not purchase another pair of them if all I can get out of them is 1 year of usage. Too expensive at $125 a pop to continue with this product. Hopefully you can give me an answer on how to fix them.
