We see you're having some issues with your AirPods Pro microphone when using it on the Mac. We can certainly understand the need to have it work well on there. We'd like to help out however we can.
To start, ensure that your Mac is updated to the latest available macOS version. This can be done via the Apple menu > System Preferences > Software Update. If you need to update, we'd advise backing up via Time Machine or elsewhere first, to help preserve your data.
