Internet and wifi connection lost

I have the last release of iOS 14.2 and this night I lost the internet connection with all apps. I can’t load the app store, can’t load the Safari browser and the another big problem the wifi connection show me on setting it’s connected but don’t show the symbol of wifi. Every app use internet don’t load. I use the iPhone last time at 21:30 more or less, and after I lose every connection wifi and mobile data.

some one have the same problem?

It sounds like you're having some issues connecting to the internet, regardless of the app, on both Wi-Fi, and cellular data. Do we have that right?


If you have any security or VPN apps installed, try temporarily disabling those apps. Is there any change?


If the behavior persists, try uninstalling these types of apps and testing again. If this resolves the issue, let us know.


Another step to take is to reset your network settings. Here are the steps: tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before.


Finally, tap Settings > General > Date and Time. If the date and time are correct, but you still need more help, connect with our technical experts, here: Contact Apple Support

Sorry for answer only today.


I try to follow the reset network step but don't work, or better don't fix the problem.


The problem was for the VPN apps installed. I don't know if it was tha app, but on Setting the VPN button slides alone like turn ON and turn OFF each 3 seconds. To try to fix the problem I do the steps: Setting > General > VPN > VPN_App Information > Connect on request > Disable.

In this way I fix for now the problem, and the VPN App is working.
