Explicit Music

I was making a playlist to play at a family party and I didn't want to play songs with bad words. So I switched my settings through screen time to make music clean. After the party I switched it back to Explicit but now I can only listen to albums that are clean. For example if I search up Playboi Carti or Frank Ocean their albums are no where to be seen. The only explicit albums I can listen to are the stuff I have downloaded. So now if I want to listen to new music that is explicit I can't search it up. I've tried logging out of my account, restarting my phone, and resetting the settings back to explicit and turned on share across devices on screen time. Also when I do listen to the album's that are explicit and downloaded they don't seem to pop up on my apple music widget on my phone and my apple music account only shows clean version albums if you try to see what I've been listening to.
