app log in issue

I need to log out my ex-husband from my hbomax on my apple tv. When I hit the app it's wanting to update and asking me for his password. How do i log him out?

App subscription on Apple TV We have a current subscription to Paramount Plus through Apple TV. However, when we go to sign into the Paramount + app, I don't know what the password is. Don't remember ever using one to sign in, and although it is attached to my husband's apple ID, when we enter that password, it says it is wrong. Delete the app, then re-download the app.
