How to turn off Headphone Safety on iPhone
Hi, does anybody know how to turn the headphone safety setting off on the new iso update???

Apple recently updated a Support Article on this topic. Actually, this came with iOS 14.4.
Turn headphone notifications on or off
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPod touch.
- Tap Sounds & Haptics, then tap Headphone Safety.
- Turn Headphone Notifications on or off.*
You can also turn on Reduce Loud Sounds to automatically lower your headphone volume when it exceeds your set decibel level.
*Due to regulations and safety standards, headphone notifications can't be turned off in certain countries or regions.
This indicates the assertion the option to turn this setting off is not correct. It does appear that in some countries and regions the setting cannot be turned off.
Did you buy your phone in a region or list your region in your phone as one which would prevent you from turning this setting off?

Sorry nope, I upgraded to 14.2 on my 11 pro and can’t turn it off.

Here's to hoping! However, I was told by support there is no "fix" coming this is mandatory on all new iPhones because of their partnership with the WHO.

I spoke with Apple support a week ago and an engineer specifically said the US is part of this new regulation because of a partnership with the World Health Organization. Wish I had better news!
before the latest update I had this shortcut run as an automation every time I plugged my phone in to charge. Still might help some people.
This is a deal breaker for me. If this isn’t changed, this will be my last iPhone!

I’ve found the fix if your using lightning adapters go to headphone safety then click lightning adapters then where it says connected to headphones disable that 👌
Solved !!!
Go to Health app. Click headphone levels / headphone warming/ show all data/ edit / (select all) delete.
you have now reset the data back to "zero" that the average is Calculated with.
