Installed latest HomePod update but fail to see Dolby Atmos listed as audio option as advertised on ATV settings - only stereo & Dolby 5.1. Is it specifically enabled by the television model?

I (still) have the same problem. I followed the installation you linked to. But still no surround sound.
iPhone, HomePods,Apple TV 4K all updated to 14.2.
Checked using Apple TV+ Dolby Atmos content (Greyhound etc.).
Apple support in Germany could also not help.
