Instagram app is not working properly

I cannot use the Instagram app it doesn’t supporting the data network or wifi please resolve my problem

Instagram is using my data even though data is turned off Wifi assist is off. Cellular Data for Instagram is off. Background refresh is off. Yet Instagram is still using my data. Please help

Delete and re-install the app. If that doesn't help, contact the app developer.
