Custom EQ Settings

I would like to be able to select custom eq settings in the Music app (General --> Music --> Playback --> EQ) on my iPhone and be able to create new ones and edit existing for use i.e. while driving, etc. Any way to do that? I seem to be only able to select the factory presets in the car now. If there's no way to do this can we ask Apple to add that feature? I'm using an iPhone 8 with current iOS.

On the Mac it lets you assign a stock/custom EQ setting per song as well. That would be a nice addition, too.
