XR Slow WiFi Connection

Hi,

I'm a multiple smartphone user, one I use solely for work and the other for personal use. I have an iPhone XR and Huawei Mate20Pro. My XR has a really slow WiFi connection vs my Mate20Pro.

Will appreciate it if you could guide me on how to fix this.

I already tried the following:

manually deleting the most used wifi connections in my phone (forget this network option one by one)
resetting network settings
toggling airplane mode
toggling wifi
toggling bluetooth

Here are the details of my deviceL

Software version - 14.2

Model name - iPhone XR

Model number - 3D828AE/A

Modem firmware - 3.01.01

It looks like you are updated to the current software on your iPhone XR, which is good. I would also like to advise you that since everything is in a remote setting, internet service providers have been crashing more often. I totally understand the inconvenience, as it has and still continues to affect me as well.

Go ahead and call your mobile internet provider (T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) and they can let you know if there are any outages in your area. You can also check for outages on downdetector.com, but that site is not always the most up-to-date on outages. When you call your internet provider, let the representative know what your issue is and how long it has been affecting you, and they can run a few internet speed tests and check to see if there are outages in your area. They can also refresh your internet and Wifi from their end as well.
