I have an iPhone se (2nd generation) and I have data and wifi but whenever I click on Instagram, it isn’t loading at all on my phone even though I have good service right now.

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. It's important to be able to use your apps as expected. We see Instagram isn't loading for you and we'd like to see if we can assist.
Are you getting a specific error message, or does it look like a connectivity issue?
Are other apps working for you, like Safari and Messages?
As a test, try Instagram from Wi-Fi, and from a cellular data connection. Does one work? This would help in narrowing things down a bit.
Which iOS version are you using under Settings > General > About?
Does it help if you Restart your iPhone and test it out again?
