Apple Trade-In Shows Wrong Specs

When I enter my Mac serial number for a trade in, the CPU, memory and SSD specs are lower than what my system has. It has not been upgraded. I am the original owner.

Apple Trade-in System Misidentifies my iMac I have an iMac I'd like to trade in but when I go through the trade-in process by putting in my serial number it comes up with the wrong response. It identifies the machine more or less correctly but it thinks I have the standard RAM and hard drive but I do not. I have 32 GB RAM and a 3T hard drive. Shouldn't that increase the trade-in value?
