iPhone SE 2020 Set-up
iPhone SE 2020; How can I restart the initial set-up? I wasnt able to finish initial set-up and now I can't get back to it. I need to import contacts and such from my old Samsung using the app "Move To IOS".

wipe the phone and start over click here What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
IF you currently have new data on the phone it will be wiped.
