Apple TV cloud

Hello all, I've recently purchased Spectrum and Apple TV came apart of the package. My question is, is it possible to record shows separate from each other? For example, if record a baseball game in the Living Room, I would like to keep it separate from the guest room and main bed room. At current everything is under a single "umbrella".

The customer service at Spectrum suggested I make a separate apple account. I tried that but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can you record shows like a set top box on your Apple TV? My Fetch Box just died and looking for a new tv box but I need to know if you can record TV shows on the Apple TV 4K? And can you watch fetch shows on it? Thanks!!
