Apps on Apple Watch compatibility

In nepal, around millions of people use apple product. Here is not apple store and apple support till date. I am using iPhone, Apple Watch 6, MacBook Pro as well as iPad. I am apple lover.

But I am so sad to use these products : Nepali keyboard is based on Hindi keyboard, blood oxygen and ecg are not compatible and many apps are not country friendly.

Now my question is that : why apple doesn't give priority to improve these grievances ? why apple doesn't invest to support telecom companies to give the e-sims and bundling them ? why apple doesn't apply to get permission for all apps activation ? Now people are suffering from covid and we need full health examination. I hope apple will immediately consider on it.

Finally I love apple products
