I keep getting all the calendar notification all over again when i receive some other notifications such as messages.
My calendar is synced up with my work calendar and i keep getting a slew of same calendar event reminders on the watch

From our understanding, you’re receiving repeat notifications for calendar events on your Apple Watch. Ensuring you’re only alerted to events as needed is important. To get started, we’d recommend restarting both the Apple Watch and the iPhone that it’s paired with.
If the same behavior occurs, Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support, then pair it again. If the same behavior occurs, Contact Apple Support.
