Tunecore accused me of using third party music for creating solely on Logic Pro

Why are mixes using loops that I used from Logic Pro being rejected as third party music? I devoted many hours to a composition and I’m being accused of using produced music. How can I get help with this? Should I even be using this software anymore?

Ah! While a bit less frequent it is still something that plagues online music platforms.

You should complain and explain it is your own creation using royalty free Apple Loops.

Now, things can get complicated. Both legally and technically. Many online platforms prohibit to register your work in their Rights Management tools if it uses prerecorded loops. It doesn't mean you do not have any rights. At the other end some entities just register everything they can find. Including Apple Loops. This can always be challenged.

Then, there are by country regulations.

The DAW has nothing to do with it. If you get serious about your work, you will need some form of legal assistance.
