Yes. Log into the Mac App Store with the Apple ID you used to buy it, click on the Purchases tab, and download it from there.

If you got it preloaded with the first Mac, use the Apple ID you accepted it into.

If you got it as part of the Pro Apps Bundle for Education, use the Apple ID you redeemed the code into.
