Upload to iCloud is stuck

Hi.

I have been adding my pictures to Photos. Upload to iCloud is on, and as you can see on the screenshot I have space.

My issue is that 244 items have been stuck for a week now.

And I have no idea which ones they are. I went to iCloud.com, and it's not from the latest batch of pictures I added. I can't find any way to identify the 244 items on the software (if I could find them, I would delete them & re-upload). I have more than 85,000 items in the library... I can't go one by one or even check each album.

Any idea what I can do?

PS: everything is up-to-date.
