Iphone crashes when i charge it

I am using an iPhone 8 plus , recently updated to IOS 14.2

Just recently I've been experiencing: when I plug my phone in, I can't unlock it. My screen freezes then gets black and a loading circle appears in the middle of my screen. I’ve tried to reset it multiple time but the problem persists.

What do you suggest I do?
