Hi! my iphone 11 would freeze randomly, then it would turn into a black screen, and after it would restart on it own. i have bought it brand new February 2021 and i’ve been having this issue since. Please help me or give me a suggestion on what i should do
You have bought your iPhone brand new in February 2021. It should still be under Apple’s 1YR Limited Warranty. Take advantage of it and have your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center for diagnosis and resolution.

Ensure that you have enough free space on your iPhone so that the iPhone can operate efficiently. If you have ample free storage space then Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

i always force restart like that when my phone only freezes. also, there is a lot of space for it to operate but even if it didn’t have space, i have been experiencing this from the second day i got it.
