Imessage occasionally not working

I've had the new Iphone 12 since about a week now, but I've noticed some problems with Imessage and FaceTime. I had no problems activating it but now (at least once a day) my Imessage (and FaceTime) does not work. The whole time everything works fine but out of nowhere no texts/calls are coming through but I'm able to send texts (and others usually receive them). After a while (probably 30-60 min) one or two texts come in sometimes (most often the last ones that someone sent to me) and after that the others will appear on my screen. My wifi works and I don't get any errors. I know this sounds kinda vague but it is really inconvenient and I don't know what to do to fix it. If anyone has any tips/solutions, please let me know :)
