I have a bit of an annoying issue. So, I tried to download the Big Sur update on my MacBook Pro 15 inch, 2018, and it just says that the installation failed, with an error occurring while installing the selected update. Here a screenshot of the problem.
Please I really would love some help as I waited so long for this update.

Some users are affected
Users may not be able to download macOS Software Updates on Mac computers. The issue is currently being investigated.
The problem is now "fixed" according to the Apple System Status, but I still receive the error message. This is really unpleasant
i have the same problem, when i click the download button it immediately says "An error occurred while installing the selected updates." i hope this gets fixed soon.
