My Apple ID won't sign into iMessage or FaceTime

My personal Apple ID won't sign into iMessage or FaceTime. I have managed to sign in with my works Apple ID, however when I try sign in with my personal Apple ID it comes up with the following error - "iMessage Activation failed"

There are obviously more features available when your Apple ID and iMessage account are the same, including phone calls on multiple devices, and adding your photo to your iMessage account.

I have tried all the solutions I have found online, and nothing has worked so far.

Setting it back to factory settings will allow you, to set it up with the correct Apple ID, which will be added automatically to all Apple Services on the iPhone after that.
