macOS Text services in Safari 14 stopped working

With Text Service I mean this:

Actually the service is executed, but it does not replace the selected text anymore. For me this is of special annoyance, because I rely on inline translation via said text services, when writing on my BLog or sending messages on FaceBook or Twitter or some bulletin boards in other languages than my native one.
