Hi Nikitory,
Is the issue occurring with multiple webpages or just this specific one?
Also, have you tested the issue in safe mode? If you are not familiar with the safe mode steps, you can follow the steps here: How to use safe mode on your Mac to get it done. Once in safe mode, you'd want to use the Mac as you normally would to see if the issue occurs again. You can tell when the Mac is in safe mode because on the desktop it will show the words Safe Boot in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Those steps are also listed below.
"Apple silicon
- Shut down your Mac.
- Turn on your Mac and continue to press and hold the power button until you see the startup options window.
- Select your startup disk, then press and hold the Shift key while clicking “Continue in Safe Mode.”
- Log in to your Mac. You might be asked to log in again.
Intel processor
- Turn on or restart your Mac, then immediately press and hold the Shift key as your Mac starts up.
- Release the key when you see the login window, then log in to your Mac.
- You might be asked to log in again. On either the first or second login window, you should see ”Safe Boot” in the upper-right corner of the window."
Also, let's view these helpful tips here: Safari User Guide that are also listed below to make sure we have the languages selected for it to translate.
"Translate a webpage
- In the Safari app
on your Mac, go to the webpage you want to translate. - If the webpage can be translated, the Smart Search field displays the Translate button
. - Click the Translate button
, then choose a language. - If you think the translation might need improvement, click the Translate button
, then choose Report Translation Issue. The translation is sent to Apple for review.
If a language isn’t available
You may be able to make more languages available in the Translate menu by adding the languages in Language & Region settings. After you add a language to your list of preferred languages, if a translation is available to that language, it appears in the Translate menu in Safari.
To add a language, see Change Language & Region settings.
Note: The availability of translations and the number of languages that can be translated may vary by country or region."
Best regards.
