Back tap photo
I added take a photo to my back tap, but any photo I take disappears. It’s not in my photos, or in the hidden file. What gives?

After tapping the back of your phone, do you actually hear the shutter sound?

Yes, I would restart or reboot and see if that helps.

I'm not sure what's going on then. I have Back Tap set up to take a screenshot. When I do so, the screenshot goes to my Recents folder in the Photo app.
So weird. I’ll try restarting and maybe that will help. Thanks!
Nope! Those photos are still just disappearing into the ether. Sigh.
Yes! And at the bottom of the photo it says retake or use photo. When I press use photo a box drops down at the top with camera and a checked circle. I tried using paste on a text thinking that maybe it was wherever copied stuff goes but that didn’t work.
For anyone still looking: You have to add a “save photo” action right after the “take photo” action
