Blue keyboard connection issues (MacBook Air 2020)
I have a relatively new MacBook Air and it is not connecting to my bluetooth keyboard. It can see that the keyboard is there, but every time I try to connect it says the connection failed. I had an Amazon bluetooth keyboard originally that was working, but it stopped pairing. That was pretty old (4 years?) so I ordered a new one thinking the keyboard may have been the issue, but I am having the same problem. I tried restarting the computer, as well as turning the bluetooth off and back on. Any other advice?
