Bugs in iOS 14.2
Since iOS 14.2 my fitness and health apps are not working.
it is seems that there is problem tracking steps.
iPhone 11, iOS 14
Soft reboot of phone seems to have fixed the issues.

Try restarting your phone, if that doesn’t help I suggest a factory reset to see if it sorts it out.
Click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page, there may be a hardware issue with your phone.
I’ve done this all multiple times even resetting the phone to factory and restoring from back up as new phone. It started after I got an iPhone 12 and iOS 14.2. It’s extremely frustrating.
After few days suddenly the bugs disappear:)

I have the same issue too. I tried restarting my phone and watch with no change. Both my health and fitness apps show no data.
