I’ve had these for over a year. When I turn on ANC, there’s a loud waterfall like sound and intermittent cracking which does not stop. The headphones are up to date and I have reset them twice. They are connected to an updated iPhone and the issue is only getting worse. There has been no physical damage or water damage and it is in perfect condition. Anyone got the same problem?

Does the issue continues when paired to another sound source? like a computer, or another phone?

Do you have any bluetooth devices connected to your iPhone what that happens? We want to make sure this is not caused by wireless interference.
