How to change Launchpad.app icon in Big Sur to icon from Catalina

why i don't have any possibility to change icons, interested only Launchpad icon, because previous icon as for me looks much better tan new. new icon as for me its a piece of ....., maybe some people like this icon, but I want to puke just from one look at this icon

OS Ventura Spotlight show files with finder Icon and don't open its I'm using a new Mac book air M2 with Ventura. I transferred my previous mac book pro. When I search with spotlight i see the file i'm looking for, but it's showed with a finder Icon and i cannot open directly, i must chose search with finder and find it again in all the similar files.
