My iPad Pro’s Magic Keyboard pointer isn’t working right. It’s really big for some reason and I can’t change the size at all. None of the pointer animations are working either. I’ve tried turning everything off and on, resetting, and restarting but nothing is fixing the issue.

It sounds like you're having trouble with the cursor when using the Magic Keyboard. If we have that correct, let's try the following.
We'd like to have you look at your settings. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch > Pointer Control and check to see if you make adjustments here, if that helps or not.
