Which Mac Should I Buy?

I have just started a photography / videography business. My only computer is a late 2011 Macbook Bro 13 inch. I need to know which Mac to buy that would be the very best for editing and producing video in both the Mac and the Mac Pro. Thank you!

Then get a 27" with:

10 Core CPU,
Nano Texture Glass.
8GB of RAM (and then buy 64GB of RAM from Crucial.com or Macsales.com) NEVER buy from a reseller like Amazon, etc. buy direct) .
The largest SSD you can afford.
Radeon Pro 5700 with 8GB of GDDR6 memory
Then if you like TrackPads, buy the Magic Trackpad 2 otherwise stay with the mouse.
For your keyboard if you want a 10key pad then upgrade that too.
