iPhone 12 Pro Max not wirelessly charging

Received my iPhone 12 Pro Max today but it won't wirelessly charge on any of the three Q1 chargers I have. My XS Max and wife's X all work fine. Why is this? I have the Apple silicone case but with the case or without it still won't charge. Starts for a few seconds then the chargers flash a few times and it stops charging.

Have tried the following:

Erase Network Settings - Didn't work

Hard reset (Volume up / Volume down / hold power until Apple logo shows) - Didn't work

Seeing lots of similar posts on other forums. Perhaps the magnets are interfering and Apple just want you to get a Magsafe charger instead?

(Had to select iPhone 11 Pro Max for what device am I referring too as 12 Pro Max not listed)

Try a different power adapter - I bought a wireless charger and was having the same issues, not charging iPhone 12 Pro Max, EarPods and Apple Watch. So I switched the power adapter and used a ‘Anker’ brand Quick Charge 3.0 which solved the issue of the wireless charging for all three devices.

After latest update my 12 pro max charged fine for one day and night today it refused to charge past 96%. I have tried 3 charge pads same with all of them. Never had this problem with my XS max.

I got the new iPhone pro max and the wireless charge not working too. How do I do? Return it back or do exchange it?.

My response above to nicholefrommccall is because they suggest it stopped charging after an iOS update. Most people are unware it is advisable to Force Restart after an iOS update.

No, you shouldn't have to reboot often, but after every iOS update, it is good practice to Force Restart your phone.

The new chargers are pretty great, btw.

Same issue here. Annoying to spend $1300 on a phone and get no charging brick, while also having the advertised feature of wireless charging not work at the same time.

Please fix this...
