Anybody else having slow or inconsistent WiFi speeds on iPhone 12 Pro Max? I know it’s not my WiFi because all my other devices work as usual including my iPhone X which is still have/upgraded from.

I finally solved the ridiculously slow wifi speed (just got my iphone 12 pro max today).
Turns out my VPN was kicking in while trying to configure/test everything else out.
Bottomline: I had to use cellular data to download the VPN (because it was only partially downloaded), then once it was downloaded, i disabled it. Then.... voila... wifi speed was back to "crazy fast"
Just a thought.... look at your VPN (to if you can disable it)

I have installed 14.3 for iPhone 12 mini and iPad Pro 11inch 2nd Gen. I have created a feedback report on iOS 14 for iPhone. Sent them Wi-Fi logs too and screen recording of the speed issue.
I’m getting very slow upload speeds in 4g on my iPhone 12 Pro Max compared to my iPhone 11 Pro Max. The 11 is 4 to 5 times faster.
I had already done those things previously as well.
This is how speed test looks like 100% of a time.
it goes up and hits its max speed at that time(300mbit/sec on a picture)and then drops half or third of the speed.
I believe it is the chipset or ios software needing a compatibility update. Qualcomm modems are designed strictly for Android phones. They need to work with Qualcomm on a quality issue fix.
