Headphone Safety

Apparently I can turn off headphone notification on my iPhone X(update 14.2) but I can’t turn it off on my iPhone 12 max pro (14.2)???? Like why??? Can you please tell me how to turn it off?? No matter how much I lower the volume I still get the notification!!!


”Volume should be turned down” please don’t tell us what can or cannot do with our phone!

No, of course they won't. Because you DID approve it. You agreed to the change when you updated. The fact that you did not read the update agreement is not Apple's fault. Could you make a case that Apple should have explained it better? Possibly. And, after five or six years of legal wrangling, you might get $25.


If the iPhone no longer meets your needs, sell it and buy something that does. iPhones retain their resale value far better than Android phones.

ios 14.4 today

iOS 14.4 includes the following improvements for your iPhone:

  • Smaller QR codes can be recognised by Camera
  • Option to classify Bluetooth device type in Settings for correct identification of headphones for audio notifications
  • Notifications for when the camera on your iPhone is unable to be verified as a new, genuine Apple camera in iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max
