Where have flags and attachments gone in Mail column layout in Big Sur?

I have just installed macOS Big Sur on a test Mac, as I'd love to get one of the new M1-powered MacBook Pros.

I currently use Mail.App in "Classic Layout" in Mojave.

I've tried to recreate this layout in Big Sur by going to View > Use Column Layout, however there appears to be no way to show Flags or Attachments (highlighted in red above), which is a deal-breaker for me.

Does anyone know of a fix? Many thanks!

If you right-click on the sorting bar (if that's what it is called) you will get an options box. In that box you will see various items to display such as From and Subject. Flags and Attachments are also here to be selected.
