Love the cameras. But horrible lens flares.

According to you and arguably the poster, but that performance is not necessarily the performance I am concerned at; the Samsung for example has nothing to rival the iPhone's Night mode.

I get it, but you think there is a problem here; I do not.
It's trivial to work around any flare issues that do occur, the same as with any other camera.
I have tested tonight a few iPhones and android phone and all has similar dots while taking photos against lights, it’s not just an iPhone 12. Perhaps 12 series has bigger lens and bigger green dots
I too switched from a bigger phone (8plus) to the mini- returning it tomorrow 2/2 the same issue

That's correct.
How do you “touch up” video.
Ghosting is not common in most expensive cameras, or frankly in any quality camera and lens systems. The lenses are specifically designed to eliminate it.
Correct. It’s mitigated with proper coatings applied to all lens surfaces along with flocking and baffling of the interior surfaces.
If u download touch retouch app it takes the green dots out. I use if i see the crap
I haven’t heard the the pro has the lens flare problem...I’m assuming that the max is worse regarding this is the correct?
