Apple one still get Apple TV

Hi, I have iPhone 12 Pro Max on iOS 14.2 and I’m subscribed to One. The problem is that in TV app there is still “Get TV+” button and I cannot access the premium shows... Music, iCloud storage and Arcade are working fine...On my older 11 Pro the same situation...

Hello sylvester50,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. We understand you're an active subscriber to an Apple One bundle, but you're unable to access content in Apple TV+. We'll be happy to help.

To help troubleshoot this behavior, we suggest to sign out and sign back in with your Apple ID account. From there, see if you can access premium content in Apple TV+. Performing this step will remove offline music content in Apple Music. You'll have the option to redownload your music: Add and download music from Apple Music

To sign out and sign back in with your Apple ID, please go to Settings > your name at the top > Media & Purchases > Sign Out. Then, you can sign back in and test.

Please keep us posted with the results.

Kind regards.
